Insurance Coverage and Auto Accidents – What you Need to Know Now

New Legislature, Better Coverage

A recent legislative change allows you to receive the full amount of uninsured motorist coverage (and underinsured coverage) if you are injured by any at-fault, uninsured driver. The only caveat is that if your policy has not renewed yet, this coverage will not apply until you renew. Talk to your insurance agent  for more details.
